Coffee isn't just a drink. It's a journey — one that starts thousands of miles away and ends in your hands, in a quiet moment.

Before it reaches your table, your coffee has lived many lives. It begins as a seed, grown in the highlands of countries like Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia and Vietnam — where climate, altitude and soil shape its identity.

We carefully select Arabica beans, known for their smoother, more refined flavour profile. Because quality starts at the source.

The process

From cherry to bean.

Once ripe, coffee cherries are harvested with precision. Timing is everything — too early or too late, and the flavour is lost.

Dry Process

Sun-dried naturally

The whole cherry is left to dry in the sun on raised beds. The fruit's sugars ferment naturally around the bean, yielding deeper, fruitier, more complex notes in the cup.

Wet Process

Water-separated

The fruit is removed before drying and beans are fermented in water tanks. The result is a cleaner, brighter, more consistent flavour — the foundation of most specialty coffee.
